Refund Policy

In accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations, customers are entitled to receive products that are free from defects or damage.

Due to the fragile nature of glassware items, returns or refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

 Conditions for Return or Refund:

  • Customers must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or refund

Once the claim is verified, customers will be offered a replacement or refund, subject to product availability and UAE consumer protection standards.
